About Us

Sweeny Lime, LLC has been serving farmers since 2001. We purchased the lime business from our friend, Eugene Steele, who owned it for 40 years.

John Sweeny, owner, has a BS in Animal Science from Virginia Tech and farms with his wife, Nancy.

Nancy Sweeny, bookkeeper, has a BME from Shenandoah University and is an accomplished musician.
